Cathodoluminescence with Scanning
Electron Microscope
Cathodoluminescence is the
emission of
light from material when it is irradiated by electrons
Applications: geoscience, imaging luminescent materials,
characterization of semiconductor properties ...
The exceptional collection of
the emission light is achieved by a precision parabolloidal mirror
diamond turned.
High resolution and valid with low level
emission light.
The system may be interfaced easily to all SEM.
The miror is entirely retractable, suitable for large chamber and
large specimen (12")
XYZ centering under vacuum with precision
Large band pass by quartz optics 180 to 2000 nm.

Spectrometer
Available with all
monochromator and spectrograph.
Time resolved cathodoluminescence
with photo emission gun.
